How much does it cost?: The packages featured on this site are Standard at $149 for a 6-month MLS listing with up to 25 photos, and Premium at $188 for a 12-month MLS listing with up to 50 photos and Open House Alerts. MLS availability, pricing and terms can vary by market, so contact us with your property address if you are unsure which package applies. Our listing service does not charge closing fees, transaction fees or success fees. Other costs that can arise in a real estate transaction, such as closing costs, taxes or any compensation you agree to with a buyer's agent, are separate from our fee.
