PennsylvaniaFlat Fee MLS

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers about listing a Pennsylvania home on the MLS for a flat fee.

What is a flat fee MLS listing?

A flat fee MLS listing places your property on the MLS — the shared database real estate agents use to find homes for their buyers — for a set fee rather than a percentage of the sale price.

How much does it cost?

The packages featured on this site are Standard at $149 for a 6-month MLS listing with up to 25 photos, and Premium at $188 for a 12-month MLS listing with up to 50 photos and Open House Alerts. MLS availability, pricing and terms can vary by market, so contact us with your property address if you are unsure which package applies. Our listing service does not charge closing fees, transaction fees or success fees. Other costs that can arise in a real estate transaction, such as closing costs, taxes or any compensation you agree to with a buyer's agent, are separate from our fee.

Do I stay in control of my sale?

Yes. You set the asking price, coordinate showings, negotiate and decide which offer to accept.

How do buyers and agents contact sellers?

Your contact information is shown on the MLS so agents can contact you directly. On public real estate websites, buyers may contact the listing office, and optional Call Forwarding can route those calls to your preferred phone number.

Which Pennsylvania MLS systems do you list on?

We work with multiple MLS systems throughout Pennsylvania, including Bright MLS, West Penn MLS, Greater Scranton MLS, Pocono MLS, Greater Lehigh Valley MLS and Pike/Wayne MLS. Additional MLS options may be available depending on your location, and pricing can vary by market. Contact us with your property address and we'll confirm the appropriate MLS and package.

Who is this service for?

Pennsylvania homeowners who want their property in front of MLS buyers while managing the sale themselves.
